September Guild Meeting or Postmarked by September 13, 2024
Tucson Quilters Guild Members may enter up to 3 quilts in the main exhibit, of which 2 may be optionally submitted for judging. Other areas of entry are limited to available space. See the complete list of Entry Forms below for more information.
How to use the fillable pdf entry forms:
- Click on the form’s link and save it to your computer.
- Create a separate file for each quilt you are entering.
- Please read the instructions carefully. Only the “entry” pages from each file need to be printed.
- Entry forms may be mailed in (see the included instructions) or dropped off at a guild meeting.
- For those who are not comfortable with computers, paper forms will be available at the guild meetings and can be filled out by hand.
