Tucson Quilters Guild Members may enter up to 3 quilts in the main exhibit, of which 2 may be submitted for judging.  Other areas of entry are limited to available space.  See the complete list of Entry Forms below for more information.

How to use the fillable pdf entry forms:

  1. Click on the form’s link and save it to your computer.
  2. Open it and fill it in for your first entry.  SAVE AS the name of the quilt (this will keep the blank version intact).
  3. Using the blank again, create a separate file for each quilt you are entering.
  4. Please read the instructions and category descriptions carefully.
  5. Only pages 3 and 4 of the packet (the actual “entry form” pages) need to be printed.
  6. Forms may be mailed in (see the included instructions) or dropped off at a guild meeting.
  7. For those who are not comfortable with computers, paper forms will be available at the guild meetings and can be filled out by hand.
