The theme of the 2024 President’s Challenge is “Trees and Tree Rings”

 

Rules

  • You must be a member of the Tucson Quilters Guild.
  • You may use any colors.
  • You may piece, applique, embroider, collage, improv, etc. as long as it has three layers.
  • The quilt should measure no more than 100 inches around the perimeter.  Any rectangular shape of that dimension is acceptable.  If your quilt is not rectangular, make sure it will fit in a rectangle that is no more than 100″ in perimeter.
  • The quilt must have a hanging sleeve and a label containing the quilt maker’s name and title of the quilt.  Quilts must also be contained in a cloth bag (pillowcase) to protect them from dirt or damage.
  • Entry form is due by the October Guild meetings and quilts must be turned in at the November meeting.
  • Turn your entry form and quilt in to Kathy Barton, President of the Tucson Quilters Guild.
