Hot August days and nights were made for staying inside and sewing so let’s get together and do just that! This retreat will be held at, Unity of Tucson church NOT The Police Facility on Miracle Mile. We will provide tables and all the necessary power cords for sewing machines, plus tables on risers for cutting and basting, irons and ironing boards, and – even better – lots of helping hands. This is your chance to start a new project, make headway on a current project, or finally finish one.
Unlike the Quilt-a-Thon, this is your chance to work on your own quilts. However, if you’re not currently working on a project, we will have pillowcase kits and stocking kits from Quilting for Others for finishing.
WWYM will also be there so take a break and help WWYM prep fabric for Quilt Fiesta.
Bring a lunch plus treats to share, if desired. Water and snacks will be provided.
